Keep a pair of these along with some roll-up rain gear in your saddle bags and you’ll always be able to get where you are going dry regardless of how the weather turns. This is my second pair of pull-over rain boots, the first are still fully functional after a couple of years.
They aren’t made for strolling around. When you get off the bike, take them off. Slip them back on when you’re ready to go again. They are that convenient.
I’ve never had any problems with both pairs of boot covers.

They can block the water but they are too wide in all dimensions although it is my size. When you walk a few meter they start sliding down and when you try to use them while biking you have to make sure nothing gets sucked into the mechanics. Maybe that is all you can get for the prize.
